You can enroll in a membership plan directly with your dentist in 90-seconds. You can signup for a plan for any device and can manage all of your benefits from a simple dashboard.

You can view your plan benefits and update any information from the Member Portal.

Click on the Billing tab and enter your new credit card details.

Yes!

In the Member Portal, click Enroll Dependent on the bottom left of the dashboard. You will then be prompted to enter your family member's details and desired plan. Dependents are billed under your billing details and many practices offer family discounts.
